Twenty-two-year-old college student Sydney's life is just about perfect. She has a steady job, a wonderful boyfriend, and her best friend as her roommate. But everything changes when she discovers she is being cheated on. With her world abruptly turned upside down, Sydney is struggling to figure out where to go from here when she crosses paths with her mysterious and attractive neighbor, Ridge. She can't take her eyes off him or stop listening to the passionate way he plays his guitar every evening out on his balcony. And there's something about Sydney that Ridge can't ignore, either.
